Worksource is a publicly funded agency that provides extensive workforce-related services to six counties in the First Coast area – Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties. Connecting workers to jobs!
"JOBSEEKERS REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS ONLY WHEN SITE IS LIVE"
1. Go to www.firstcoastvirtualjobfair.org
2. Click on Job Seekers tab.
3. Scroll down and click on “Register” (You may also click on “Register” on the home page).
4. Fill in your contact information. You must have a valid email address. You can obtain a free account at AOL, Hotmail, or MSN.
5. Your email address will be your Login.
6. Select a password from 4-20 characters in length.
7. You must agree to the Terms of Service in order to participate in the Virtual Job Fair.
8. Once you have created an account, log in and click on “Update Resume” to build your resume. PLEASE NOTE-You will not be able to upload an existing resume so please have your resume up on your computer screen so that you may “cut” and “paste” the information in the Resume Wizard. Follow the prompts and supply as much detail as possible.
9. DO make sure that all information is accurate.
10. DON’T be concerned about how it looks as every applicant’s resume will appear as simple text to the employers and there is no expectation of professional looking documents.
A key note... you can reactivate your account if you were previously registered in April, just log in!
